0a01144797 Use trans_expr_save_in instead of trans_expr when appropriate 
This guards against passing a save_in destination to nil or bot-typed things.

6a7800508b Make trans_anon_obj properly thread its bcx

Unfortunately, anon objs are still so broken as to be useless
(fields don't work).

e8a0e592da reimplement some of the unsafe stuff which got lost 
- blocks inherit unsafety
  - remove the --check-unsafe flag
  - add unsafe annotations where needed to get things to compile

31586339b1 Make it possible to have locals that don't live on the stack 
Local values that are not mutated, don't need to be cleaned up, and
are immediate, don't need to be spilled. (All immediate args, and
non-pointer immediate let locals.)

6e652588bf Get rid of 'overwrite' destination kind 
It wasn't safe (computing the rval might invalidate the lval addr), and needlessly
complicating things (code was already building up intermediary results to work
around other unsafeties).

4be7e1e5cd Pass all arguments by reference, make immut alias mode equiv to value 
Arguments that can't be safely referenced will be implicitly copied.

(Warnings for expensive copies will be forthcoming.)

This will allow us to get rid of most of the ampersands in function
signatures. See [1].

b5f9053423 Add a constraint to trans::type_of 
trans::type_of now has a constraint saying that its type argument
is statically sized. This eliminates the "impossible happened" case
in type_of. Yay!

I note that this change decreased translation time for stage2/rustc
from 16.1 s to 14.0 s. I also think many of the remaining checks
could be eliminated with some mildly clever use of constrained types
and further preconditions. Future work!

c1ba28c777 Glob-import trans_build in other trans files 
The capitalization already prevents name clashes. Being able to refer to the
bitcode-construction primitives directly makes the code cleaner.

b9112525ba Move to a more lightweight builder system 
You now do

    bld::Ret(bcx, someval)

where you used to say

    bcx.build.Ret(someval)

Two fewer boxes are allocated for each block context, and build calls
no longer go through a vtable.

b24f978011 Drop arguments on the caller side, not the callee 
This makes it easier for the caller to optimize the take/drop away for
temporary values, and opens up new possibilities for alias handling.

Breaks tail calls.

35c962e9a1 Pass structural types by pointer, not by value 
If we lose tail calls, this is possible. It simplifies things a lot.

Direct motivation: We want ivecs with pointers pointing into
themselves. When copying those, the pointers have to be adjusted. It
is impossible to this when copying them with Load/Store.
