Combine `ty::Projection` and `ty::Opaque` into `ty::Alias`
Implements https://github.com/rust-lang/types-team/issues/79.
This PR consolidates `ty::Projection` and `ty::Opaque` into a single `ty::Alias`, with an `AliasKind` and `AliasTy` type (renamed from `ty::ProjectionTy`, which is the inner data of `ty::Projection`) defined as so:
```
enum AliasKind {
Projection,
Opaque,
}
struct AliasTy<'tcx> {
def_id: DefId,
substs: SubstsRef<'tcx>,
}
```
Since we don't have access to `TyCtxt` in type flags computation, and because repeatedly calling `DefKind` on the def-id is expensive, these two types are distinguished with `ty::AliasKind`, conveniently glob-imported into `ty::{Projection, Opaque}`. For example:
```diff
match ty.kind() {
- ty::Opaque(..) =>
+ ty::Alias(ty::Opaque, ..) => {}
_ => {}
}
```
This PR also consolidates match arms that treated `ty::Opaque` and `ty::Projection` identically.

use the correct `Reveal` during validation
supersedes #105454. Deals with https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/105009#issuecomment-1342395333, not closing #105009 as the ICE may leak into beta
The issue was the following:
- we optimize the mir, using `Reveal::All`
- some optimization relies on the hidden type of an opaque type
- we then validate using `Reveal::UserFacing` again which is not able to observe the hidden type

Makes sure the callee cannot observe the previous contents of the return place, and the caller cannot read any of the old return place contents even if the function unwinds.
I don't think we can test for this though, that would require some strange hand-written MIR.

Some initial normalization method changes
1. Rename `AtExt::normalize` to `QueryNormalizeExt::query_normalize` (using the `QueryNormalizer`)
2. Introduce `NormalizeExt::normalize` to replace `partially_normalize_associated_types_in` (using the `AssocTypeNormalizer`)
3. Rename `FnCtxt::normalize_associated_types_in` to `FnCtxt::normalize`
4. Remove some unused other normalization fns in `Inherited` and `FnCtxt`
Also includes one drive-by where we're no longer creating a `FnCtxt` inside of `check_fn`, but passing it in. This means we don't need such weird `FnCtxt` construction logic.
Stacked on top of #104835 for convenience.

Prefer doc comments over `//`-comments in compiler
Doc comments are generally nicer: they show up in the documentation, they are shown in IDEs when you hover other mentions of items, etc. Thus it makes sense to use them instead of `//`-comments.
Pretty-print generators with their `generator_kind`
After removing `GenFuture`, I special-cased async generators to pretty-print as `impl Future<Output = X>` mainly to avoid too much diagnostics changes originally.
This now reverses that change so that async fn/blocks are pretty-printed as `[$async-type@$source-position]` in various diagnostics, and updates the tests that this touches.

Move failing test to ui
Changes this test from incremental to ui, and mark it as failing and a known bug.
Does not cause the compiler to ICE, so should be ok.
Previously, async constructs would be lowered to "normal" generators,
with an additional `from_generator` / `GenFuture` shim in between to
convert from `Generator` to `Future`.
The compiler will now special-case these generators internally so that
async constructs will *directly* implement `Future` without the need
to go through the `from_generator` / `GenFuture` shim.
The primary motivation for this change was hiding this implementation
detail in stack traces and debuginfo, but it can in theory also help
the optimizer as there is less abstractions to see through.

Partially reverts 01adb7e98d.

interpret: remove an incorrect assertion
This fixes an ICE in Miri, [reported](https://rust-lang.zulipchat.com/#narrow/stream/269128-miri/topic/SwitchInt.20with.20no.20targets.3F) by `@saethlin.` The faulty assertion was introduced by 432535da2b, when a previously correct assertion checking that the `otherwise` target exists got replaced by this assertion checking that at least one more target beyond `otherwise` exists.
Sadly we don't have a small reproducer so I don't think we can easily add a testcase.

Unify `tcx.constness` query and param env constness checks
The checks that we do in the `constness` query seem inconsistent with the checks that we do to determine if an item's param-env is const, so I merged them into the `constness` query and call that from the `param_env` query.
I'm not sure if this totally makes sense -- is there a case where `tcx.param_env()` would return a const param-env for an item whose `tcx.constness()` is `Constness::NotConst`? Because if not, it seems a bit dangerous that these two differ.
Luckily, not many places actually use `tcx.constness()`, and the checks in `tcx.param_env()` seem stricter than the checks in `tcx.constness()` (at least for the types of items we type-check).
Also, due to the way that `tcx.param_env()` is implemented, it _never_ used to return a const param-env for a item coming from a different crate, which also seems dangerous (though also probably not weaponizable currently, because we seldom actually compute the param-env for a non-local item).

Don't ICE when trying to copy unsized value in const prop
When we have a trivially false where-clause predicate like `Self: Sized` where `Self = dyn Trait`, we sometimes don't throw an error during typeck for an illegal operation such as copying an unsized type.
This, unfortunately, cannot be made into an error (at least not without some migration -- see #95611 for example), but we should at least not ICE, since this function will never actually be reachable from main, for example.

In Miri we sometimes want to emit diagnostics without having a full `&InterpCx` available. To avoid duplicating code, this adds a way to get a stacktrace from an arbitrary slice of interpreter frames, that Miri can use with access to just a thread manager.
On later stages, the feature is already stable.

Normalize before erasing late-bound regions in `equal_up_to_regions`
Normalize erasing regions **first**, before passing the type through a `BottomUpFolder` which erases late-bound regions too.
The root cause of this issue is due to 96d4137dee, which removes a `normalize_erasing_regions` that happens before this call to `equal_up_to_regions`. While reverting that commit might be a fix, I think it was suspicious to be erasing late-bound regions first _then_ normalizing types in the first place in `equal_up_to_regions`.
-----
I am tempted to ask the reviewer to review and `r+` this without a UI test, since the existing issues that I think this fixes are all incredibly difficult to minimize (anything hyper/warp related, given the nature of those libraries 😓) or impossible to reproduce locally (the miri test), namely:
* This recently reported issue with tokio + warp: #101430
* This issue from `@RalfJung` about Miri being broken: #101344
* This additional issue reported in a comment by `@tmandry` (issue with fuchsia + hyper): https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/101344#issuecomment-1235974564
I have locally verified that the repro in #101430 is fixed with this PR, but after a couple of hours of attempting to minimize this error and either failing to actually repro the ICE, or being overwhelmed with the number of traits and functions I need to inline into a UI test, I have basically given up. Thoughts are appreciated on how best to handle this.

Rework definition of MIR phases to more closely reflect semantic concerns
Implements most of rust-lang/compiler-team#522 .
I tried my best to restrict this PR to the "core" parts of the MCP. In other words, this includes just enough changes to make the new definition of `MirPhase` make sense. That means there are a couple of FIXMEs lying around. Depending on what reviewers prefer, I can either fix them in this PR or send follow up PRs. There are also a couple other refactorings of the `rustc_mir_transform/src/lib.rs` file that I want to do in follow ups that I didn't leave explicit FIXMEs for.

remove an ineffective check in const_prop
Based on https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/100043, only the last two commits are new.
ConstProp has a special check when reading from a local that prevents reading uninit locals. However, if that local flows into `force_allocation`, then no check fires and evaluation proceeds. So this check is not really effective at preventing accesses to uninit locals.
With https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/100043, `read_immediate` and friends always fail when reading uninit locals, so I don't see why ConstProp would need a separate check. Thus I propose we remove it. This is needed to be able to do https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/100085.
extra sanity check against consts pointing to mutable memory
This should be both unreachable and redundant (since we already ensure that validation only reads from read-only memory, when validating consts), but I feel like we cannot be paranoid enough here, and also if this ever fails it'll be a nicer error than the "cannot read from mutable memory" error.
Replace `Body::basic_blocks()` with field access
Since the refactoring in #98930, it is possible to borrow the basic blocks
independently from other parts of MIR by accessing the `basic_blocks` field
directly.
Replace unnecessary `Body::basic_blocks()` method with a direct field access,
which has an additional benefit of borrowing the basic blocks only.
