3dcd215740 Switch to purely namespaced enums
This breaks code that referred to variant names in the same namespace as
their enum. Reexport the variants in the old location or alter code to
refer to the new locations:

```
pub enum Foo {
    A,
    B
}
fn main() {
    let a = A;
}
```
=>
```
pub use self::Foo::{A, B};
pub enum Foo {
    A,
    B
}
fn main() {
    let a = A;
}
```
or
```
pub enum Foo {
    A,
    B
}
fn main() {
    let a = Foo::A;
}
```

1f760d5d1a Rename Share to Sync
This leaves the `Share` trait at `std::kinds` via a `#[deprecated]` `pub use`
statement, but the `NoShare` struct is no longer part of `std::kinds::marker`
due to #12660 (the build cannot bootstrap otherwise).

All code referencing the `Share` trait should now reference the `Sync` trait,
and all code referencing the `NoShare` type should now reference the `NoSync`
type. The functionality and meaning of this trait have not changed, only the
naming.

Closes #16281

f3191a450c Refactor TypeContents to be more scrutable. In particular, create coarser bits
than the current ones, which were very fine-grained. Also, cleanly distinguish
when properties must be found in *owned* types vs *reachable* types.
