rustdoc: Replace no-pretty-expanded with pretty-expanded
Now that features must be declared expanded source often does not compile.
This adds 'pretty-expanded' to a bunch of test cases that still work.

Fallout: tests. As tests frequently elide things, lots of changes
here. Some of this may have been poorly rebased, though I tried to be
careful and preserve the spirit of the test.

Fix run-pass tests to have 'pub fn main'
This is required by the check-fast target because each test is slurped up into a
