Implement a file-path remapping feature in support of debuginfo and reproducible builds
This PR adds the `-Zremap-path-prefix-from`/`-Zremap-path-prefix-to` commandline option pair and is a more general implementation of #41419. As opposed to the previous attempt, this implementation should enable reproducible builds regardless of the working directory of the compiler.
This implementation of the feature is more general in the sense that the re-mapping will affect *all* paths the compiler emits, including the ones in error messages.

The main changes around rustc::ty::Layout::struct and rustc_trans:adt:
* Added primitive_align field which stores alignment before repr align
* Always emit field padding when generating the LLVM struct fields
* Added methods for adjusting field indexes from the layout index to the
LLVM struct field index
The main user of this information is rustc_trans::adt::struct_llfields
which determines the LLVM fields to be used by LLVM, including padding
fields.
Emit proper lifetime start intrinsics for personality slots
We currently only emit a single call to the lifetime start intrinsic
for the personality slot alloca. This happens because we create that
call at the time that we create the alloca, instead of creating it each
time we start using it. Because LLVM usually removes the alloca before
the lifetime intrinsics are even considered, this didn't cause any
problems yet, but we should fix this anyway.
We currently only emit a single call to the lifetime start intrinsic

the lifetime intrinsics are even considered, this didn't cause any
problems yet, but we should fix this anyway.
Drop of arrays is now translated in trans::block in an ugly way that I
should clean up in a later PR, and does not handle panics in the middle
of an array drop, but this commit & PR are growing too big.
These changes are in the same commit to avoid needing to adapt
meth::trans_object_shim to the new scheme.
One codegen-units test is broken because we instantiate the shims even
when they are not needed. This will be fixed in the next PR.
The types of statics, like all other items, are stored in the tcx
unnormalized. This is necessarily so, because
a) Item types other than statics have generics, which can't be
normalized.
b) Eager normalization causes undesirable on-demand dependencies.
Keeping with the principle that MIR lvalues require no normalization in
order to interpret, this patch stores the normalized type of the statics
in the Lvalue and reads it to get the lvalue type.
