1601: Inline snapshots for tests r=matklad a=theotherphil

Fixes https://github.com/rust-analyzer/rust-analyzer/issues/1127.

The "cargo format" commits are required to get the formatting tests to pass. However, they actually mess up the formatting.

This wasn't a right decision in the first place, the feature flag was
broken in the last rustfmt release, and syntax highlighting of imports
is more important anyway

0242acae53 Turn ImplBlock into a copy type just containing IDs 
This makes it more like the other code model types.

Also make Module::definition_source/declaration_source return HirFileIds, to
make them more like the other source functions.
