* Updated to work correctly on Windows 10
* updated setup things (that don't work!)
* removed launch.json as per review & amended pyreadline
* why didn't that work?
* removed extra import
* roll-back py2exe & setuptools changes.
* remove setup.spec since we don't need it.

Too many tags get added from parsed page without user control.
In general, users are not interested in these tags which they
are not aware of.
