internal: Build release binaries on `ubuntu-20.04` Ubuntu 18.04 is still available until December 1st, but will start failing from time to time, which is not something we want when building nightlies.
rust-analyzer is a modular compiler frontend for the Rust language. It is a part of a larger rls-2.0 effort to create excellent IDE support for Rust.
