Lower them into a single item with multiple resolutions instead. This also allows to remove additional `NodId`s and `DefId`s related to those additional items.
This directory contains the source code of the rust project, including:
- The test suite
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like cargo, etc.
