Remove `arena_cache` modifier from `associated_item` query & copy `ty::AssocItem` instead of passing by ref r? `@ghost`
This directory contains some source code for the Rust project, including:
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like cargo, tidy, etc.
