Steven Stewart-Gallus d0b7515aed Change concurrency primitives to standard naming conventions
To be more specific:

`UPPERCASETYPE` was changed to `UppercaseType`
`type_new` was changed to `Type::new`
`type_function(value)` was changed to `value.method()`
