ignore v0.4.11 -> v0.4.17 drop crossbeam-channel v0.4.0

* itertools 8.0 -> 9.0
bump `ignore` version in Cargo.toml

* cargo_metadata 0.8 -> 0.12

* env_logger 0.6 -> 0.8
