Add `as_uninit`-like methods to pointer types and unify documentation of `as_ref` methods This adds a convenient method to retrieve a `&(mut) [MaybeUninit<T>]` from slice pointers (`*const [T]`, `*mut [T]`, `NonNull<[T]>`).
