Re-export some iterators from `core` in `std`

These iterators seem to have been forgotten to be re-exported from `std` (through `alloc`)

These are stable:

`core::slice::{SplitInclusive, SplitInclusiveMut}`

This one is still unstable:

`core::slice::EscapeAscii` (cc #77174)
