Remove HIR opkinds `hir::BinOp`, `hir::BinOpKind`, and `hir::UnOp` are identical to `ast::BinOp`, `ast::BinOpKind`, and `ast::UnOp`, respectively. This seems silly, so this PR removes the HIR ones.
