Niko Matsakis dbf994bbaf Make RFC 1214 warnings into errors, and rip out the "warn or err"
associated machinery. Future such attempts should go through lints
anyhow.

There is a fair amount of fallout in the compile-fail tests, as WF
checking now occurs earlier in the process.

// Test that we give suitable error messages when the user attempts to
// impl a trait `Trait` for its own object type.
// If the trait is not object-safe, we give a more tailored message
// because we're such schnuckels:
trait NotObjectSafe { fn eq(&self, other: Self); }
impl NotObjectSafe for NotObjectSafe { } //~ ERROR E0038
fn main() { }
