On type format '(', by adding closing ')' automatically

If I understand right, `()` can surround pretty much the same `{}` can, so add another on type formatting pair for convenience: sometimes it's not that pleasant to write parenthesis in `Some(2).map(|i| (i, i+1))` cases and I would prefer r-a to do that for me.

One note: currently, b06503b6ec/crates/rust-analyzer/src/handlers/request.rs (L357) fires always.
Should we remove the assertion entirely now, since apparently things work in release despite that check?

bc42b9911d SCIP: Report the correct version of rust-analyzer in the metadata 
Previously this was hard coded to "0.1". The SCIP protocol allows this
to be an arbitrary string:

  repeated string arguments = 3;
}
```

so use the same string reported by `rust-analyzer --version`.

ed532e5a34 Fix duplicate usage of a article. 
This fixes a typo first appearing in #94624
in which test-macro diagnostic uses "a" article twice.

Since I searched sources for " a a " sequences,
I also fixed the same issue in a few source files where I found it.

d5b1ae66c2 Remove check_merge_commits test altogether 
Rationale: Merge commits will probably end up in
`rust-lang/rust-analyzer` when doing "rust=>ra" syncs anyway.

It could be changed to only check for merge commits in non-sync PRs,
but it's "probably not worth the hassle"

c520408731 Allow merge commits when 'in-rust-tree' feature is enabled 
This adds an `in-rust-tree` feature that will be enabled when
rust-analyzer is built from `rust-lang/rust`. Due to the way
"git subtree" works, that test _will_ find merge commits and
fail, so we simply skip it.
