We don't pass field types to Chalk yet though, so the auto trait inference won't

a1ed53a4f1 More trait infrastructure 
- make it possible to get parent trait from method
 - add 'obligation' machinery for checking that a type implements a
   trait (and inferring facts about type variables from that)
 - handle type parameters of traits (to a certain degree)
 - improve the hacky implements check to cover enough cases to exercise the
   handling of traits with type parameters
 - basic canonicalization (will probably also be done by Chalk)

0242acae53 Turn ImplBlock into a copy type just containing IDs 
This makes it more like the other code model types.

Also make Module::definition_source/declaration_source return HirFileIds, to
make them more like the other source functions.

ae9530addc Add HIR for impl blocks 
Since we need to be able to go from def to containing impl block, as well as the
other direction, and to find all impls for a certain type, a design similar to
the one for modules, where we collect all impls for the whole crate and keep
them in an arena, seemed fitting. The ImplBlock type, which provides the public
interface, then consists only of an Arc to the arena containing all impls, and
the index into it.
