const fn for option copied, take & replace
Tracking issue: [#67441](https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/67441)
Adding const fn for the copied, take and replace method of Option. Also adding necessary unit test.
It's my first contribution so I am pretty sure I don't know what I'm doing but there's a first for everything!
Constify ?-operator for Result and Option
Try to make `?`-operator usable in `const fn` with `Result` and `Option`, see #74935 . Note that the try-operator itself was constified in #87237.
TODO
* [x] Add tests for const T -> T conversions
* [x] cleanup commits
* [x] Remove `#![allow(incomplete_features)]`
* [?] Await decision in #86808 - I'm not sure
* [x] Await support for parsing `~const` in bootstrapping compiler
* [x] Tracking issue(s)? - #88674
Fix spacing of links in inline code.
Similar to #80733, but the focus is different. This PR eliminates all occurrences of pieced-together inline code blocks like [`Box`]`<`[`Option`]`<T>>` and replaces them with good-looking ones (using HTML-syntax), like <code>[Box]<[Option]\<T>></code>. As far as I can tell, I should’ve found all of these in the standard library (regex search with `` r"`\]`|`\[`" ``) \[except for in `core::convert` where I’ve noticed other things in the docs that I want to fix in a separate PR]. In particular, unlike #80733, I’ve added almost no new instance of inline code that’s broken up into multiple links (or some link and some link-free part). I also added tooltips (the stuff in quotes for the markdown link listings) in places that caught my eye, but that’s by no means systematic, just opportunistic.

[Option]: https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/option/enum.Option.html "Option"
[`Option`]: https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/option/enum.Option.html "Option"
Context: I got annoyed by repeatedly running into new misformatted inline code while reading the standard library docs. I know that once issue #83997 (and/or related ones) are resolved, these changes become somewhat obsolete, but I fail to notice much progress on that end right now.

Replacing `…std/primitive.reference.html` paths with just `reference`
Co-authored-by: Joshua Nelson <github@jyn.dev>

Also replace `…std/primitive.reference.html` paths with just `reference` in `core::pin`
This implementation has no `Copy` or `Clone` bound, so its operation is
guaranteed to be a move. The call site might copy, but the function
itself cannot.
Also linkify `Some` while we're touching the line anyway.
fix: move test that require mut to another

Moving const stability attr under normal stab attr
move more rustc stability attributes
The libs-api team agrees to allow const_trait_impl to appear in the
standard library as long as stable code cannot be broken (they are
properly gated) this means if the compiler teams thinks it's okay, then
it's okay.
My priority on constifying would be:
1. Non-generic impls (e.g. Default) or generic impls with no
bounds
2. Generic functions with bounds (that use const impls)
3. Generic impls with bounds
4. Impls for traits with associated types
For people opening constification PRs: please cc me and/or oli-obk.
Mark `Option::insert` as must_use
Some people seems misled by the function name and use it in case where a simple assignment just works.
If the return value is not used, `option = Some(value);` should be preferred instead of `option.insert(value);`
create method overview docs for core::option and core::result
The `Option` and `Result` types have large lists of methods. They each could use an overview page of methods grouped by category. These proposed overviews include "truth tables" for the underappreciated boolean operators/combinators of these types. The methods are already somewhat categorized in the source, but some logical groupings are broken up by the necessities of putting related methods in different `impl` blocks, for example.
This is based on #86209, but those are small changes and unlikely to conflict.
(Most of these are from a review by joshtriplett. Thanks!)
Fix errors in `as_pin_ref` and `as_pin_mut` in the "Adapters for
working with references" overview.
Reword some headings about transformation methods.
Reclassify `map`, `map_or`, `map_or_else`, `map_err`, etc. to more
accurately reflect which variants they transform.
Document `Debug` requirement for `get_or_insert_default`.
Reword text about `take` and `replace` to be more accurate.
Add examples for the `Product` and `Sum` traits.
Also:
Move link reference definitions closer to their uses. Warn about making
link reference definintions for `err` and `ok`. Avoid making other link
reference definitions that might conflict in the future (foreign methods
that share a name with local ones, etc.)
Write out the generics of `Option` and `Result` when the following
text refers to the type parameters.
Make minor wording changes in a few places. Move `filter` to the
"transformations" section. Add `zip` methods to the "transformations"
section. Clarify the section about `Option` iterators, and add a section
about collecting into `Option`.
Clarify that for `Result`, `or` and `or_else` can also produce a
`Result` having a different type.
Fix an error in `map_or_else`. Use more descriptive text for
"don't care" in truth tables. Make minor corrections to truth tables.
Rename `makeiter` to `make_iter` in examples.
Add the `try_trait_v2` library basics
No compiler changes as part of this -- just new unstable traits and impls thereof.
The goal here is to add the things that aren't going to break anything, to keep the feature implementation simpler in the next PR.
(Draft since the FCP won't end until Saturday, but I was feeling optimistic today -- and had forgotten that FCP was 10 days, not 7 days.)
