Patrick Walton	090040bf40	librustc: Remove ~EXPR, ~TYPE, and ~PAT from the language, except ... for `~str`/`~[]`. Note that `~self` still remains, since I forgot to add support for `Box<self>` before the snapshot. How to update your code: * Instead of `~EXPR`, you should write `box EXPR`. * Instead of `~TYPE`, you should write `Box<Type>`. * Instead of `~PATTERN`, you should write `box PATTERN`. Niko Matsakis	5851d3242c	Move checking for moves and initialization of local variables and patterns into ... borrow checker and generalize what moves are allowed. Fixes a nasty bug or two in the pattern move checking code. Unifies dataflow code used for initialization and other things. First step towards once fns. Everybody wins. Fixes #4384.
