Transition unsupported naked functions future incompatibility lint into
an error:
* Naked functions must contain a single inline assembly block.
Introduced as future incompatibility lint in 1.50 #79653.
Change into an error fixes a soundness issue described in #32489.
* Naked functions must not use any forms of inline attribute.
Introduced as future incompatibility lint in 1.56 #87652.
This usually describes either an error in the compiler itself or some
sort of IO error. Either way, we should report it to the user rather
than just saying "crate not found".
This only gives an error if the crate couldn't be loaded at all - if the
compiler finds another .rlib or .rmeta file which was valid, it will
continue to compile the crate.
Example output:
```
error[E0785]: found invalid metadata files for crate `foo`
--> bar.rs:3:24
|
3 | println!("{}", foo::FOO_11_49[0]);
| ^^^
|
= warning: failed to parse rlib '/home/joshua/test-rustdoc/libfoo.rlib': Invalid archive extended name offset
```
The test is copied from `src/test/ui/crate-loading/crateresolve1.rs` and
its auxiliary tests. I added it to the `compile_fail` code example check
exemption list since it's hard if not impossible to reproduce this error
in a standalone code example.
Update BARE_TRAIT_OBJECT and ELLIPSIS_INCLUSIVE_RANGE_PATTERNS to errors in Rust 2021
This addresses https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/81244 by updating two lints to errors in the Rust 2021 edition.

Add a new ABI to support cmse_nonsecure_call
This adds support for the `cmse_nonsecure_call` feature to be able to perform non-secure function call.
See the discussion on Zulip [here](https://rust-lang.zulipchat.com/#narrow/stream/131828-t-compiler/topic/Support.20for.20callsite.20attributes/near/223054928).
This is a followup to #75810 which added `cmse_nonsecure_entry`. As for that PR, I assume that the changes are small enough to not have to go through a RFC but I don't mind doing one if needed 😃
I did not yet create a tracking issue, but if most of it is fine, I can create one and update the various files accordingly (they refer to the other tracking issue now).
On the Zulip chat, I believe `@jonas-schievink` volunteered to be a reviewer 💯
This commit adds a new ABI to be selected via `extern
"C-cmse-nonsecure-call"` on function pointers in order for the compiler to
apply the corresponding cmse_nonsecure_call callsite attribute.
For Armv8-M targets supporting TrustZone-M, this will perform a
non-secure function call by saving, clearing and calling a non-secure
function pointer using the BLXNS instruction.
See the page on the unstable book for details.
