517b5c1f1b Update Cranelift to 0.95.1 
This version was released as part of a security fix for Wasmtime. The
fix didn't change Cranelift though, so this commit is not strictly
necessary, but also doesn't hurt.

f750d8ba56 Upgrade indexmap and thorin-dwp to use hashbrown 0.12 
This removes the last dependencies on hashbrown 0.11.

gives some small wins for rustc.

966e54ee2e rfc3052: Remove authors field from Cargo manifests 
Since RFC 3052 soft deprecated the authors field anyway, hiding it from
crates.io, docs.rs, and making Cargo not add it by default, and it is
not generally up to date/useful information, we should remove it from
crates in this repo.

748d516e0d Use builtin ranlib instead of running external ranlib 
This makes it possible to create rlibs for any target without installing
a toolchain for the target
