Handle null pointer constness cast through methods
This covers two cases:
- `core::ptr::null::<T>().cast_mut()` -> `core::ptr::null_mut::<T>()`
- `core::ptr::null_mut::<T>().cast_const()` -> `core::ptr::null::<T>()`
