syntax/rustc: Improve error message for misuse of for loop
...
Print out a clearer error message when a `for` gets
used with the wrong type of iterator. Also fix spans on `for` loop
bodies, and suppress some more derived errors.

Print out a more helpful type error message for do-blocks/for-loops
...
If a do-block body has the wrong type, or a for-loop body has a
non-() type, suggest that the user might have meant the other one.
