This commit starts using `#[diagnostic::do_not_recommend]` in the
standard library to improve some error messages. In this case we just
hide a certain nightly only impl as suggested in #121521
When we have long code skips, we write `...` in the line number gutter.
For suggestions, we were "centering" the `...` with the line, but that was consistent with what we do in every other case.
Spell out other trait diagnostic
I recently saw somebody confused about the diagnostic thinking it was suggesting to add an `as` cast. This change is longer but I think it's clearer
Expand the primary span of E0277 when the immediate unmet bound is not what the user wrote:

Fix#40120.
When a method chain ending in `?` causes an E0277 because the
expression's `Result::Err` variant doesn't have a type that can be
converted to the `Result<_, E>` type parameter in the return type,
provide additional context of which parts of the chain can and can't
support the `?` operator.
