8c93a79e38 rustdoc: Replace no-pretty-expanded with pretty-expanded
Now that features must be declared expanded source often does not compile.
This adds 'pretty-expanded' to a bunch of test cases that still work.

270f0eef73 Add : Box<_> or ::Box<_> type annotations to various places.
This is the kind of change that one is expected to need to make to
accommodate overloaded-`box`.

----

Note that this is not *all* of the changes necessary to accommodate
Issue 22181. It is merely the subset of those cases where there was
already a let-binding in place that made it easy to add the necesasry
type ascription.

(For unnamed intermediate `Box` values, one must go down a different
route; `Box::new` is the option that maximizes portability, but has
potential inefficiency depending on whether the call is inlined.)

----

There is one place worth note, `run-pass/coerce-match.rs`, where I
used an ugly form of `Box<_>` type ascription where I would have
preferred to use `Box::new` to accommodate overloaded-`box`. I
deliberately did not use `Box::new` here, because that is already done
in coerce-match-calls.rs.

----

Precursor for overloaded-`box` and placement-`in`; see Issue 22181.

090040bf40 librustc: Remove ~EXPR, ~TYPE, and ~PAT from the language, except
for `~str`/`~[]`.

Note that `~self` still remains, since I forgot to add support for
`Box<self>` before the snapshot.

How to update your code:

* Instead of `~EXPR`, you should write `box EXPR`.

* Instead of `~TYPE`, you should write `Box<Type>`.

* Instead of `~PATTERN`, you should write `box PATTERN`.

2a14e084cf Move std::{trie, hashmap} to libcollections
These two containers are indeed collections, so their place is in
libcollections, not in libstd. There will always be a hash map as part of the
standard distribution of Rust, but by moving it out of the standard library it
makes libstd that much more portable to more platforms and environments.

This conveniently also removes the stuttering of 'std::hashmap::HashMap',
although 'collections::HashMap' is only one character shorter.

319eeb1c79 rename map -> oldmap and mark it as deprecated
LinearMap is quite a bit faster, and is fully owned/sendable without
requiring copies. The older std::map also doesn't use explicit self and
relies on mutable fields.

2b67d88809 Rewrite the coercion code to be more readable, more sound, and to reborrow when
needed.

Regarding soundness: there was a subtle bug in how it was done before; see the
compile-fail test for an example.

Regarding reborrowing: reborrowing allows mut and const
slices/borrowed-pointers to be used with pure fns that expect immutable data.
