7755ffd013 Remove #[fixed_stack_segment] and #[rust_stack]
These two attributes are no longer useful now that Rust has decided to leave
segmented stacks behind. It is assumed that the rust task's stack is always
large enough to make an FFI call (due to the stack being very large).

There's always the case of stack overflow, however, to consider. This does not
change the behavior of stack overflow in Rust. This is still normally triggered
by the __morestack function and aborts the whole process.

C stack overflow will continue to corrupt the stack, however (as it did before
this commit as well). The future improvement of a guard page at the end of every
rust stack is still unimplemented and is intended to be the mechanism through
which we attempt to detect C stack overflow.

16fc6a694c Remove unused abi attributes.
They've been replaced by putting the name on the extern block.

  #[abi = "foo"]

goes to

  extern "foo" { }

Closes #9483.

6965fe4bce Add AbiSet and integrate it into the AST.
I believe this patch incorporates all expected syntax changes from extern
function reform (#3678). You can now write things like:

    extern "<abi>" fn foo(s: S) -> T { ... }
    extern "<abi>" mod { ... }
    extern "<abi>" fn(S) -> T

The ABI for foreign functions is taken from this syntax (rather than from an
annotation). We support the full ABI specification I described on the mailing
list. The correct ABI is chosen based on the target architecture.

Calls by pointer to C functions are not yet supported, and the Rust type of
crust fns is still *u8.

88f29aab27 Use attributes for native module ABI and link name
This patch changes how to specify ABI and link name of a native module.

Before:
  native "cdecl" mod llvm = "rustllvm" {...}

After:
  #[abi = "cdecl"]
  #[link_name = "rustllvm"]
  native mod llvm {...}

The old optional syntax for ABI and link name is no longer supported.

4a4d31cf0e Make native "c-stack-stdcall" ABI work
The symbol name is based on the number of arguments, so we have to declare
it correctly.

For some reason GetLastError doesn't work now.
