[`map_identity`]: allow closure with type annotations

Fixes #9122

`.map(|a: u32| a)` can help type inference, so we should probably allow this and not warn about "unnecessary map of the identity function"

6ed2a76bcc Add stable Instance::body() and RustcInternal trait
The `Instance::body()` returns a monomorphized body.

For that, we had to implement visitor that monomorphize types and
constants. We are also introducing the RustcInternal trait that will
allow us to convert back from Stable to Internal.

Note that this trait is not yet visible for our users as it depends on
Tables. We should probably add a new trait that can be exposed.

intptrcast: remove information about dead allocations

The discussion in https://github.com/rust-lang/miri/pull/3103 convinced me we don't have to keep `int_to_ptr_map` around for dead allocations. But we should not make that depend on the GC, we can just tie it to when the allocation gets freed. That means everything still behaves deterministically, if anything weird happens (but it shouldn't).

Add FileCheck annotations to mir-opt tests.

This PR makes compiletest run LLVM `FileCheck` tool on mir-opt tests.

The check is *run by default*, except if disabled using `// skip-filecheck` comment. This ensures that we do not have a silently broken test. For now, the check is only run on the output of `--emit=mir`, ie. on PreCodegen MIR.

I give an example on `reference_prop.rs`.
