f548a05542 Unignore some tests in stage1
We don't have any pending snapshot-requiring changes. Tests which
continue to be ignored are those that are broken by codegen changes.

247842b741 test: Fix some tests to run with musl
There were a few test cases to fix:

* Dynamic libraries are not supported with MUSL right now, so all of those
related test which force or require dylibs are ignored.
* Looks like the default stack for MUSL is smaller than glibc, so a few stack
allocations in benchmarks were boxed up (shouldn't have a perf impact).
* Some small linkage tweaks here and there
* Out-of-stack detection does not currently work with MUSL

daafff508c rustc: Prepend a length to all metadata
One of the causes of #19501 was that the metadata on OSX was getting corrupted.
For any one particular invocation of the compiler the metadata file inside of an
rlib archive would have extra bytes appended to the end of it. These extra bytes
end up confusing rbml and have it run off the end of the array (resulting in the
out of bounds detected).

This commit prepends the length of metadata to the start of the metadata to
ensure that we always slice the precise amount that we want, and it also
un-ignores the test from #19502.

719c36c9b9 test: Ignore issue-19501 pretty for now
I don't have enough time to investigate this thoroughly, so for now let's get
the queue moving by ignoring this test.

c0e003d5ad extern crate foobar as foo;
Implements remaining part of RFC #47.
Addresses issue #16461.

Removed link_attrs from rust.md, they don't appear to be supported by
the parser.

Changed all the tests to use the new extern crate syntax

Change pretty printer to use 'as' syntax

4ac89cd276 Enable use of syntax extensions when cross compiling.
This adds the target triple to the crate metadata.
When searching for a crate the phase (link, syntax) is taken into account.
During link phase only crates matching the target triple are considered.
During syntax phase, either the target or host triple will be accepted, unless
the crate defines a macro_registrar, in which case only the host triple will
match.

4ba94e2c24 rustc: Don't allocate a cnum to syntax crates
Syntax-only crates are no longer registered with the cstore, so there's no need
to allocate crate numbers to them. This ends up leaving gaps in the crate
numbering scheme which is not expected in the rest of the compiler.
