* Formalized rename of `cyclomatic_complexity` to `cognitive_complexity`
** Added the rename to `lib.rs`

* Updated tests for new builtin attribute renaming

Fix bad while_let_on_iterator suggestion.

Don't suggest a `for` loop if the iterator is used inside the `while` loop.
