de9a80cd10 Check type for SINGLE_CHAR_PATTERN 
It’d be nicer to actually check for `Pattern` bounds but in the meantime
this needs to be fixed.

[rust-lang-nursery/regex#183](https://github.com/rust-lang-nursery/regex/pull/183) has made the following change that broke the lint:
