std: Rename Chan/Port types and constructor

* Chan<T> => Sender<T>
* Port<T> => Receiver<T>
* Chan::new() => channel()
* constructor returns (Sender, Receiver) instead of (Receiver, Sender)
* local variables named `port` renamed to `rx`
* local variables named `chan` renamed to `tx`

sync: Rename arc::Condvar to arc::ArcCondvar.
...
The sync submodule also has a `Condvar` type, and its reexport was
shadowing the `arc` type, making it crate-private.

Remove Freeze bounds from sync::MutexArc
...
With Rc no longer trying to statically prevent cycles (and thus no
longer using the Freeze bound), it seems appropriate to remove that
restriction from MutexArc as well.
