Update mentions to `rustc_metadata::rmeta::Lazy`

While working on https://github.com/rust-lang/rustc-dev-guide/pull/1411, I noticed there are still some mentions of `Lazy`. This updates them to `LazyValue`, `LazyArray`, or `LazyTable`.
