Auto merge of #14603 - Veykril:workspaces, r=Veykril

fix: Deduplicate passed workspaces by top level cargo workspace they belong to

Fixes https://github.com/rust-lang/rust-analyzer/issues/14571

With this we should be supporting vscode workspaces properly
