Handle edge cases.

Browse Source 
Handle case when BlockExpr is child of IfExpr, WhileExpr, LoopExpr,
ForExpr.
An additional { } will be added when:
- It is not a BlockExpr
- It is a BlockExpr and a child of IfExpr, WhileExpr, LoopExpr, ForExpr.
