Rollup merge of #48699 - frewsxcv:frewsxcv-impl-trait, r=nikomatsakis

Replace iterator structures with `impl Trait`.

Two commits:

* Replace iterator structures with `impl Trait`.
* Run rustfmt on `src/librustc_data_structures/graph/mod.rs`.
