+With this feature gate enabled, one can use `?` as a Kleene operator meaning "0
+or 1 repetitions" in a macro definition. Previously only `+` and `*` were allowed.
+
+For example:
+```rust
+macro_rules! foo {
+    (something $(,)?) // `?` indicates `,` is "optional"...
+        => {}
+}
+```
