Rollup merge of #132106 - maxcabrajac:ident_ref, r=petrochenkov

Pass Ident by reference in ast Visitor

`MutVisitor`'s version of `visit_ident` passes around `&Ident`, but `Visitor` copies `Ident`. This PR changes that
