Improve SimplifyLocals pass so it can remove unused consts The `ConstProp` can cause many locals to be initialized to a constant value and then never read from. `ConstProp` can also evaluate ZSTs into constant values. Previously, many of these would be removed by other parts of the MIR optimization pipeline. However, evaluating ZSTs (especially `()`) into constant values defeated those parts of the optimizer and so in a2e3ed5c054b544df6ceeb9e612d39af819f4aae, I added a hack to `ConstProp` that skips evaluating ZSTs to avoid that regression. This commit changes `SimplifyLocals` so that it doesn't consider writes of const values to a local to be a use of that local. pretty: trim paths of unique symbols If a symbol name can only be imported from one place for a type, and as long as it was not glob-imported anywhere in the current crate, we can trim its printed path and print only the name. This has wide implications on error messages with types, for example, shortening `std::vec::Vec` to just `Vec`, as long as there is no other `Vec` importable anywhere. This adds a new '-Z trim-diagnostic-paths=false' option to control this feature. On the good path, with no diagnosis printed, we should try to avoid issuing this query, so we need to prevent trimmed_def_paths query on several cases.
